Prima Flowers

There are some wonderful ideas and samples on the Prima website. I have picked out a couple of my favorites and posted them above. Don't forget that Prima also makes great fall leaves that are perfect for your fall projects. We have re-ordered all of their fall leaves!

We have also re-ordered some great flowers from Prima, as well as brought in some of their newer additions. Look for these in the store soon. If you don't think you will ever use an entire jar of flowers (although it really is easier than you think!), they have come up with the perfect solution. Now, several of their flowers come in smaller packages that will allow you to get more variety for your money. Check them out below!

Crop Hostesses

Don't forget that being a crop hostess is a great way to attend a crop for free, add some new supplies into your stash, and help others learn how much fun scrapbooking can be! Crop hostesses earn a free crop coupon to be used during a crop of their choice, as well as $15 in store credit to purchase new goodies. Crop Night Tomorrow!

Okay ladies. The kids are back in school, and all of your hard work has paid off. It's time to take a little break and do something for yourself! Crop nights are from 6pm until midnight and cost just $5. You will have access to our die cutting machines, punches, trimmers, scissors, as well as lots of experienced scrappers! Join us for a night full of scrapping, chatting, and fun! Tickets can be purchased in the store and need to be paid for in advance. DoodleBug Designs

Their new rubon stitches are in stock! We carry both the black as well as the white stitching, and we even added their rubon tool to our selection. For any of you that tried rubons and decided that they weren't for you, having the right tool definately makes a huge difference!

We also picked up a great selection of their mini buttons. These are thin, lightweight, and look adorable on any type of papercraft.

Making Memories Kits

Karen Foster

We have a great new selection of stickers from Karen Foster. The new themes include twins, adoption, animals/zoo, BBQ, camping, gymnastics, driving/new driver, softball, water park, and swimming/pool. Her stickers are adorable and affordable at only $1.99 per sheet.

Colorbok

Colorbok has some cute new papers, stickers, and embellishments available. We have several new things from them including pet themed items, travel, and water.

K and Company's Sweet Pea

We have an adorable new baby line in the store that uses soft colors and great 3-D embellishments. Come check out the great selection of papers, stickers, and coordinating albums. We even have a ready to go version, where you only have to pick out your favorite pictures and glue them down! It's perfect for any busy new parent.

New Basic Grey lines are on order and we are anxiously awaiting their arrival. Check out their awesome papers and matching ribbons! They just keep coming out with more and more beautiful papers to choose from. We will let you know as soon as these come in! We're sure that they will fly off the shelves in no time at all.

Pebbles Inc

We have lots and lots of cute products from Pebbles Inc now in stock. The picture shows samples of the many themes that we have available in each style. We have their cool ribbon slides. These are clear with black or white words and designs printed on them. Once you slide your ribbon through, the designs really POP.

Their line of Market Tags have been very popular. These little grocery/bread ties have adorable designs printed on them, and they look great when they are clipped to a piece of your favorite ribbon!

We even have scrapbook bobby pins. Can you believe it? They took brightly colored bobby pins and printed cute words and graphics on them. These are so cute when clipped to a favorite photo, photo mat, or even on altered projects like the star book and mini albums.

Catching up!

John and I sincerely hope that everyone has had a wonderful summer. It is hard to believe that it is coming to an end. When exactly did life start moving so fast?! :) We enjoyed a wonderful visit with my great-grandmother and grandmother during the summer, and I cherish the fact that I have these amazing ladies in my life. What things did you do this summer that you will always remember and cherish?

One other note that I would like to pass along to anyone that has children in their life... whether it is your own child, a grandchild, a neice/nephew, etc. There is a fabulous sale here in Abilene that is held twice per year. It's the Dittos for Kiddos sale, and it's simply wonderful. I have shopped this sale for four years now, and I have sold my items for three years. It's a great way to get rid of unwanted items (outgrown clothing, toys, videos, books, etc) and purchase "new" ones at a huge discount.
